HOUSTON – The Houston Design Center is pleased to host a dynamic line up of talent for Design in Bloom presented by Flower Magazine on Tuesday, May 18. Held in conjunction with Texas Design Week Houston, the third annual spring event features an inspiring panel discussion with renowned interior designer and author Ray Booth, award-winning architect and author Bobby McAlpine, innovative floral designer and author Laura Dowling, and celebrated landscape designer and author Keith Williams. The presentation will be moderated by Margot Shaw, Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Flower Magazine. Throughout the day, guests are invited to attend individual presentations, demonstrations, and book signings with Ray Booth and Bobby McAlpine at James Craig Furnishings; Keith Williams at Thorntree Slate & Marble; and Laura Dowling at Leisure Collections. The festivities will conclude at an evening reception with Ray Booth at the new Hickory Chair showroom and Meredith O’Donnell Fine Furniture, exclusively for Design in Bloom or Texas Design Week ticket holders.
